Using Keyperch
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Keyperch on devices you own or control, at home or at work. We keep all rights in the apps, including their code and design.
Keyperch Pro
- Keyperch Pro is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. It belongs to the Google account that bought it.
- Google Play's terms cover the payment. We also offer a full refund if you email adam@upandadamco.com within 30 days of buying.
- If Pro is refunded or turned off, nothing you made is deleted. Tiles past the free limits stay on the deck, marked Locked.
- On the PC, Pro features follow the phone you paired. Keyperch for Windows itself is free.
- We may change the price for future buyers. A price change never takes away what you already bought.
You Are in Charge of What Your Tiles Do
Keyperch sends the keys and actions you set up, to your PC and to services you connect, such as Home Assistant. You are responsible for what your tiles and macros do there. Review changes before you approve them, especially decks or files that came from someone else.
Do not rely on Keyperch for anything where a missed, late or repeated command could hurt someone or damage property. A long press is a guard against accidents, not a lock.
Other Services
Keyperch works with products and services it does not control, including Windows, Google Play, the Microsoft Store and Home Assistant. Their own terms apply to them. Home Assistant is a trademark of the Open Home Foundation. Keyperch is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Open Home Foundation.
What You May Not Do
- Copy, resell, rent or redistribute the apps.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the apps, except where the law allows it.
- Use Keyperch to break the law or to control devices you have no right to control.
No Warranty
Keyperch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that it will work without interruption or errors. Bluetooth and network connections can fail, and some phones and PCs will not work with Keyperch.
Limit on Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Up & Adam, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Keyperch. Export your deck now and then; it is the best protection against losing it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using Keyperch after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
